Condition of items: Garments must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

Refund method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Exclusions: Some items like swimwear, underwear, may be excluded from return policy due to hygiene reasons or special promotions.

Return process: Returns must be submitted within 14 days. Shipping fees are not refundable. Once returns are received and accepted, a refund will be issued minus the shipping fee.
