Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear and underwear may not be eligible for return, especially during special promotions.

The Return Process: Returns must be submitted within 14 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive your return and verify its condition, your refund will be processed (minus the shipping fee).
